Firecrust opened in 2011 with a secondhand brick oven, twelve seats and a menu that fit on one page. We never planned to get big. We just wanted to make the kind of pizza we grew up on, the kind where the crust snaps when you fold it.
Fourteen years later the oven is the same. The dough still gets mixed at six in the morning, and half our regulars walk in and simply say the usual. That feels like getting it right.

Everything is made to order. If you want to swap a topping, just ask. We have never once said no to extra pepperoni.

The crust actually crackles when you fold a slice. I drive twenty minutes past two other pizza places to get here and honestly I would drive further.
Ordered for my son's birthday. Twelve pizzas showed up hot and on time and a table of nine year olds destroyed them in about eight minutes. I call that a win.
That hot honey pizza ruined every other pizza for me. My girlfriend thinks I am being dramatic. I am not being dramatic.
We booked the back room for a team dinner. They handled twenty people without a single wrong order and the garlic knots never stopped coming.
Walk ins are always welcome, but a reservation means the corner table is yours and the garlic knots are already on the way.
